I would use them again. Very good service, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the job. Thank you for all your help."

"This USED to be my Postal Annex of choice, but not anymore! Not sure what happened except that the customer service reps that were formerly there were super nice and customer service-oriented. Today’s experience sucked! The 2 young ladies that were there acted like I was bothering them and would barely make eye-contact. One young lady had the crappiest attitude while her counterpart was not much better. They were out of FedEx boxes (really? You ship for FedEx and have no boxes)?!?! I had to BUY a box because the store doesn’t stock inventory? When I asked about it, the girl gave me attitude and told me I could take it to FedEx directly. Thanks but I would’ve gone there directly if I COULD have?!?! Ugh! Save yourself the headache and attitude and go to the Postal Annex on the 8000 block of N. Mesa where the owners are always there and super friendly. This will be my last trip here."
