"Disappointing experience with this postal service P.O. Box. Inflexible pick-up policies and chaotic organization made it a hassle. Beware of Paul, an unhelpful staff member who restricts access to packages. Would not recommend. Go up the street to Pack and Ship El Paso. The staff there will remember your name every time you walk in the door - always super helpful."

"My mother called and spoke to Ashley. She is home bound and needed a visiting notary. The notary, Rudy, that was dispatched, couldn't find our home, despite clear direction, due to him interrupting my mom. Fedex and UPS have no problem delivering our items and neither does Pizza Hut. He quickly gave up, despite her needs as a senior with limited disability and refused to take my call or call back, when I called to reschedule. If you are house bound, for any reason, I do not recommend calling this company."

"We’ve been going here since I was a kid, but even more reliable, is that lately I have needed to send prepaid labels so that my elderly mother can ship out packages with my company pricing. I am easily able to email the prepaid labels and they make it super hassle free for my mother. Service is always exceptional!"

"Been using these guys for many years. If you want to lay triple price go to the UPS store or fedex. If you want great and affordable service...this is the place to go. I hear these PA locations are franchised and the one further up on mesa is awful but never tried that location. You can't go wrong at this one."
