"Nice place for a cut. All the stylists are friendly. Good place for kids to adults. Zana did a nice job for me & Maggie for my daughter. Haircuts keep getting pricier but can’t fault the stylists for that."

"I made an appointment for shampoo and cut at this location. When I went in, the hair stylist asked me again what I wanted done and I told her again however she proceeded to ignore the shampoo/wash part and stated cutting it dry would be better. She has very poor customer skills, came off lazy and judgmental. Not a good experience and would not recommend her to anyone. I have been to this location before and never had this issue. Update: The actual name of the hair stylist was Teresa but she lied about her name. She gave the name of the other hair stylist that was working at the time. Very unprofessional. Other than this one hair stylist, I would still recommend this place and the other hairstylists that work there. They are polite and I have been here before."

"* edit: I would like to say that my experience with the company has been greatly improved. I was contacted by a member of the super cuts team regarding my experience and they made it clear that they wanted to make things right. The member stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was resolved to my liking. I do think that my experience was unique and will not happen in the future. I came here for a simple haircut home from college and left with tears in my eyes. I wanted to take length off a get face framing layers. I was not started on until 30 minutes after my appointment time which should have been the first red flag. While getting my cut the stylist not once parted my hair straight down the middle where I part it, so when I got home I discovered a very lopsided haircut with more visible length on one side and some pieces an inch or two longer than the rest of my hair. The worst part of it, was the face framing layers. When i usually get them done, the stylist takes a razor and cuts down the hair so everything is blended well. Instead, I got long, straight cut bangs that in no way blend to the rest of my hair. Something I also did not discover until I got home because the stylist said I was done and ushered me out of the chair with half my hair flipped over to the other side like she was mid cut. Going somewhere else to get it fixed and never going back there. I suppose you get what you pay for but I have been to other similarly priced salons and never had an experience like this."
