"Same dirty, crusty seats they've had for 20 years. $9 for a matinee here when Movies 16 in Beloit is $7 and has clean leather recliners? Why does anyone still go here lol. Two stars for at least promptly issuing a refund when I realised how outdated & nasty this place is. Five star staff, zero star environment. The rotting couch in your basement is better. Probably cleaner too."

"The staff were very friendly but my wife dropped her keys, and I had the misfortune of looking under the seats. It was disgusting, clearly had not been clean for weeks."

"I don't want to be harsh because this was my first time there, and it was on the thanksgiving holiday. We ordered the giant pretzel, then later were told that we couldn't have it because the crew from the night prior didn't take them out to thaw out. Then, so many of the soft drinks were out except for a select few. If you're going to charge me $18 for a pizza, it shouldn't resemble the likes of Little Caesars. The chicken tenders were not good. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean to sound petty... the movie we saw was good. The hot dog and the popcorn were good. So, at the least, we know to just stick with those. However, if you're going to decide to go out to the movies and enjoy the full experience, the movie, the snacks, food, drinks and etc... you should be able to expect just that. If not, why go out to the movies when you can stay home with your own snacks and big screen. So, it wasn't horrible, but it's wasn't great either."

"Costs too high for concessions. Would support those prices if the young employees contributed to a fine establishment. Five employees standing and pacing and doing nothing with their hands. If our money doesn’t support hard work, then that’s where I draw the line."
