"I received MULTIPLE reminders to be on time for my appointment with Dr. Cutler via text, voicemail, and email. If I was late, she could make me reschedule and still charge a fee. You would think since this NAMC office stresses timeliness so greatly, they could actually show up for the appointments they set. Nope! I drove 45 minutes through awful traffic and left early to make sure I was on time. I was brought back to the cold exam room and told to completely undress and put on a gown and Dr. Cutler would be right in. There I shivered for an HOUR+ past my scheduled appointment time and she never came. I heard other patient appointments begin and conclude in adjacent rooms. Finally I put my clothes back on and walked to the desk and asked them what was up. They told me Dr. Cutler was with a patient and just go back and keep waiting for who knows how long. There was no apology and no one even checked in on me to let me know what was happening; there was just an expectation that I wait an hour and a half (or longer!) past the start of my appointment time like that was no big deal. Needless to say I left because I hadn’t planned on waiting hours for a 20 minute appointment. Still no apology given. It doesn’t get any more unprofessional and entitled than this. Your time may be valuable, but so is your patients’. I wasted at least 2.5 hours of my time and money (gas and tolls) and missed work only to never be seen by the Dr. Cutler, so now I have to find another doctor and hope she can be bothered to show up. When did this become acceptable business practice?"

"I have been a patient of Dr Cutler since 2004, but am moving on to select another provider outside of ADC. I called today to make my annual appointment & I fully expected to be given appointment options for two, maybe three, months from now. Nope, it's a SIX month wait for annual visits on existing patients. When I asked why, the response was "we have a lot of new patients". So clearly making money is more important than providing care to existing patients, even if you've been with them 20 years. Not to mention parking at that place is a complete nightmare."
