"Dr Chu seems knowledgeable but she is not very personable. In addition, I don't enjoy my experience at this office. I always feel like I'm an unwanted intrusion on the staff member's day. Dr Chu is not very friendly or sensitive. So my overall experience in this office is negative. I only rated 3 stars bc I believe Dr Chu is an adequate doctor for someone who doesn't have any significant or sensitive medical challenges."

"Dr.Chu treated me over a year ago and I highly recommend staying away from this doctor. I spent months disputing my visit which was finally resolved after a year as I refused to pay for such an awful visit and poor quality of care. When I sat with Dr Chu she was so cold and gave me the most unconcerned annoyed eyes as I asked questions about my concerns of my health issue. She made me feel as if my concerns were invalid and gave me one word responses such as a dull “no” to my questions, not helpful or caring or explanative. My visit was cut so short because she wouldn’t talk to me, or help me or hardly converse with me. I don’t understand why she would choose this profession if she doesn’t seem to want to care for people. At least that’s how she made me feel and left that lasting impression on me. Other reviews have similar experiences. I would think twice before using this doctor."

"Dr. Chu was was awesome for my pregnancy and delivery. I couldn’t have asked for a more genuine and caring doctor, even my husband thought she was great. She made sure to answer all our questions and keep us informed with each appointment we had, as this was my first pregnancy. We scheduled an induction at 40 weeks and Dr. Chu gave us all the information about induction, pros and cons to every procedure, and a variety of options. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident I was in good hands every single prenatal visit, ultrasound, and hospital stay. During the delivery she checked in frequently and made sure we were in the know! She was the exact same caring and genuine doctor with all my postpartum appointments as well. Even offered an extra appointment to check how healing was going to ease my worries. She will definitely be my go to doctor, especially if we decide to have another baby! Couldn’t thank her enough for all her knowledge and support."
