"Worst experience I have ever had! I didn’t like how my hair color turned out and when I ask Danielle if she likes the result, this is what she said: no I don’t, but I cannot fix it, you have to pay again for another color since you signed the paper. She took another client while doing my hair and my scalp was absolutely burning while I was waiting her to do another lady’s hair. I have to pay double (for fixing my hair color) and still hate final result. I did exact same treatment with Angela 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. Danielle ruined my hair. Never going back to lifespa again!"

"I just had a wonderful 65 minute full body massage with Anna. Knowing I had some tightness going into this, there were definitely spots that were sore, but she moved so quickly that any pain was fleeting and once she was done with any one area, there was such a relief. She perfectly incorporated hot stones, aromatherapy, and some light stretching and I will definitely be back as that was one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. I also understand she’s an aesthetician, so it can be arranged to do a facial and massage and I will be booking one soon!!"
