"I was hesitant to try this doctor due to the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Randolph was very friendly and kind. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. There was a wait to see the Dr but that is understandable. I did not feel rushed or unheard at all."

"Beware of bad service! Finding a good Gynecologists' is beyond difficult . I read the reviews but of course as always I like to see for my self. Let's just say I should've listened. My insurance was overcharged and every single thing was about money. The doctor herself comes off as very condescending. She's the definition of "too smart for her own good". She has all the book knowledge pertaining to her occupation but no common sense what so ever. I honestly don't know how she still has a business. I think its important to make your patients feel important. Great customer service along with patience and understanding will carry you a long way. I am a believer at giving everyone a fair shot but this Doc was way out of bounds."

"Dr Randolph is a great, thorough, caring doctor. She was able to fit me in quickly when I was having issues. She ordered relevant tests, imaging, and continued to check up on me. I'm grateful for her compassion and lengthy discussion during my appointments."

"Dr. Randall deserves 0 stars. To begin with since my second appointment it has been an unpleasant experience for me. All together her nurse Griselda, the staff, and Dr. Randall all have no work ethic. They do not care about patients. All they care about is to get patients in and out. They are rude and unprofessional. Wait times are super long just to get blood pressure and weight checked. On top of that the wait for the doctor is ridiculous as she sees you for 5 minutes or less and sends you off. Refrain from going to her. She does not show any concern for questions and will make you feel ridiculed for asking any question for that matter. The negative aspects of her and the clinic are endless."
