"Please think twice before enrolling your child in this day care. It’s been 2 years since we moved our daughter to another day care and so glad we did. Very unprofessional management and teachers. We had a big problem with the teacher from class of three years old children, Ulvika Rumshevich. We have several videos where you can clearly see that she is raising voice on students including my daughter, approaching them close face to face and one video where she aggressively grabs my daughter and takes her to another room. Management refused to provide the video what’s going on after that, but I have inside witness who told me that she is yelling and screaming at kids all day long for no reason. And guess what management did about that: opened a claim with there insurance and the insurance asked us how much money do we need to close the claim because no injuries were reported. Only thing we wanted is to make sure this kind of teachers are kept far from kids, but this teacher is still there. So please please please be very careful in choosing the day care for your children. They are so innocent and fragile. They deserve much more then this day care can provide."
"We are so happy that found this place. Everything in this kinder care is at a high level - cleanliness, homemade food, development program, very professional teachers and assistants. Absolutely individual approach to the child. We were looking for a good place for our 2years son, it was his first experience without mommy, so during his adaptation he didn't want to eat, and all the staff were engaged and empathized and I don’t even know how, but they were able to solve this issue in a week. Now our son eats well and really loves the menu. During the summer holidays, we also enroled there our 6 years twins and their summer was incredible, every day they told how many new and interesting things they learned, the summer program included many trips and summer activities in the garden. I wish note that the kinder care is really multilingual - Ukrainian, Russian, English at a very good level, which is definitely a huge plus for us."
"I now have my 2nd kid in this daycare - all teachers have been wonderful - one of my kids said one of his teachers is his best friend. It's super clean and roomy , they make fresh home-cooked meals on the spot from Slavic menu that my kids are used to and they even like some dishes there that they refuse to eat at home! They also prepare beautiful holiday performances with children (it's such a treat for us parents ) and offer a variety of extra-curricular activities for additional fee. The outdoors play area has plenty of activities and they make a point to go outside whenever possible /weather appropriate."
"We choose this daycare for our son because we are Russian speaking family. Our infant son was 1.5 years old at the time we enrolled to Chateau Elite. Everything was fine until my son turned 2 years old and he was moved to a group #2 from a group #1. That’s when the nightmare began. Our toddler son is a friendly, social, and a calm child. We live in Wisconsin and I drove my son every day one hour one way that’s 4 hours every day to the daycare thinking my son goes to a good daycare, and receiving a proper education for his age. I didn’t know yet how wrong I was. So when they moved my son to a 2nd group, I noticed a big change in him. He became to be very nervous and easy frustrated. I brought this up to the director. One day on Friday, my husband and I asked the director to show us the cameras. I told her that I’m suspicious that the teachers are not very nice with my son.The director said its impossible because teachers are nice. That’s not what we saw on cameras. To my surprise what I saw on cameras, my child was crying alone for over 15 min. His new teachers would ignore him. My child was crying hysterically alone. Then I saw his previous teachers from 1st group went to my son to calm him down and spent their time with him making sure he’s ok. He immediately stopped crying. The teachers hugged him and made him feel comfortable. I was shocked to see that my son’s new teachers didn’t care for my child when he was crying standing there all alone. I asked the director “Why his teachers didn’t care about my son, and instead, other teachers from 1st group did?!”. I told her that I would like to speak with his new teachers. She went to get them, but came back alone stating that his teachers said that my son is scared of flies. So my son is scared of flies was hysterically crying alone for over 15 min and none of his teachers came up to him?! I was livid. I had a conversation with a director asking to move my son back to 1st group otherwise we would be forced to change a daycare because we had no wish to be in the 2nd group any longer. Later I learned many parents would ask to skip 2nd group, and many families would leave the daycare because of teachers in the 2nd group. I also contacted one of the owners of the daycare stating the problem. He was fine for my son to stay in the 1st group for about 6 months longer. I also know that a second owner allowed for my son to stay in the 1st group. Only the director was eagerly trying to move him to a 2nd group disregarding our conversation and knowing what have happened with my son. The director would go every day trying to move my son back to 2nd group and yelling on his teachers. She would yell on his teachers that were protecting my son from the 1st group. Only teachers from 1st group were caring for my child. My son’s teachers were forced to leave this daycare because of how the director treated them because they were protecting my little son. Every day the director would move my son to a 2nd group didn’t care about him crying there. She never smiled or said hello anymore. She was acting not friendly towards my child and our family. She turned everyone against our family. When I would drop off my son, new teachers wouldn’t even come up to him to greet him. I didn’t know how I should leave my son in the group and leave him seeing that he’s being ignored by his new teachers. This daycare was a nightmare for us. We couldn’t attend any longer this daycare. We felt negative and unfriendly environment. The accumulated negative atmosphere was felt; we were forced to leave this daycare. The director is very unprofessional. She doesn’t care for children nor for good teachers. Therefore, I do not recommend this daycare for children. Parents stay away!"
