"I saw Dr. Young on Thursday, 12/21/23. This was my second visit to him. The appointment was easy to get. All the staff is very friendly, they know what to do, and they make things easy for me. I had to call them about a prescription. My problem wasn’t with them, it was the new pharmacy I’m using. This pharmacy doesn’t notify me when they get a prescription from my doctor. Dr. Young is a wonderful, compassionate doctor. I’ve had a problem getting this prescription for years. I’m 82 years old. I still need a prescription I’ve been taking for 50 years. It’s still available, but most doctors today don’t even know about it. Dr Young does know and he understands why I still need it and he gives it to me. My life without this prescription would be awful. It’s my hormones. My husband and my children will tell you, I’m a very “not well” person when I need my hormones. It was a very pleasant office visit. Thank you Dr. Young. I’m very grateful to you. God help us all when doctors like you aren’t around anymore."

"I experienced ovulation pain for 10 years as previous doctors had shrugged it off as “normal.” As the pain intensified and got to the point of interfering with my life, I was referred to Dr. Young. It was as simple as saying “I have ovulation pain and I’d like my left ovary to be removed.” He didn’t argue with me or try to guilt me into keeping it. He didn’t give me a lecture, ask me what my husband thought, or tell me horrifying stories of hormonal changes. He just scheduled the surgery. It was refreshing. Unlike my previous gyno, he heard me and showed respect by honoring my wishes. The surgery went well and he was able to see why I was in so much pain. My ovary had adhered to my abdominal wall, which didn’t show up on any diagnostic imaging. After years of being dismissed, Dr. Young solved the problem with one simple appointment. He also took the time to strategically position the incisions to avoid my tattoos. It has been a month since my surgery. I have completely recovered from the procedure, my ovulation pain is 100% gone, and I have the added bonus of not having to repair my tattoos. 10/10! He’s quick, efficient, has a kind demeanor, and seems to genuinely care for his patients."
