"A year ago I visited Dr. Zavala. I thought for a long time about whether I should leave a review about it or not. But I realized that I had to tell the truth so that people knew it. This was my first pregnancy. The first time I saw Dr. Zavala. Unfortunately, she informed me that the baby's heart was not beating. I had a lot of questions for the doctor, as it was my first pregnancy. But she didn't want to answer any of them. And after she said that the heart was not beating, she simply left the office. I had a miscarriage. On my second visit to the doctor, she did not perform any examinations. We just talked for 3 minutes. And she asked me if miscarriage is really a problem for me, because many women can not get pregnant at all. I was shocked to hear this. My first pregnancy, which ended in miscarriage, was a grief for me. But it turns out that for this doctor, miscarriages are not a problem at all. I asked her what I should check, what tests I should take to make sure I don’t have another miscarriage. She said there was no need to check anything. If I have a miscarriage 2-3 more times, then I can look into testing. So she thinks I should wait for this tragedy to happen to me a few more times? Is she really a professional?"

"I have known Dr zavala for over 20 years she has cared for my entire family through out the years from annual checkups, delivering our babies safely, and then taking care of me in my golden years! She cares for her patients like she is part of your family. She has a wonderful bedside manner and explains and listens. I refer all my family and friends to her! She is awesome !!"

"Please do NOT see this doctor. This doctor is likely getting sued for medical malpractice. She screamed at a nurse in front of patient for waking her up from a nap while patient was delivering a baby. Proceeded to blatantly racially discriminate Mexican patient saying that the Medicare patient “claimed” to have insurance Dr. Zalava said to a nurse: “we can find it, of course. You know how it is with *those* people.” Did not listen to patient when patient said she was in pain. Performed an otherwise unnecessary c-section to milk insurance money by inducing a baby in breach causing the patient to have to undergo emergency c-section. DO NOT RISK YOU OR YOUR BABY’S LIFE GOING TO THIS DOCTOR, YOU AND YOUR BABY ARE NOT SAFE"

"She needs her license revoked ASAP. Absolutely disgusting, one day she'll need medical attention and hopefully she will be treated worse than she does her patients. Because sleep is more important than doing her job. Don't go to her because you and your baby's life will be put in danger. Unless you got commercial insurance."

"Upsetting to see how a doctor who is suppose to help everyone equally picks and chooses a specific color and insurance versus caring for any and all patients with care. Those who have had a good experience thank God you did. But there's no excuse for this doctor to choose to give women bad experiences. So many women have been treated poorly simply because they are on medicaid."
