"Today at 10:35am, I checked into Sports Clips to check in via app. I got to the store at 11:50am for my check in at 11:54am. The person who was working there didn’t call me til 12:20pm. My name was in the system and she asked me what my name was when it was in the system. She told me to sit on the seat and I’m like how since the kids seat was on the top of the seat. I told her I need MVP hairstyle with beard trim and she was like okay. I told her to trim my hair. The way she cut my hair was not smooth but rough and it took her 10 mins approximately. She then goes into trim my beard. However, she only trim my beard hair by the cheeks and chin only. But not my whole beard. She then remove the clothes that clipped around my neck and says all done and she like oh wait…”do you need shampoo on the hair and I’m like yes”. I walk into the seat to get shampoo on my hair and then she ask me do need hot towel and she puts around my face and wash my hair. After she’s done she tell me dry my hair using the towel and walks away. She didn’t even offer a shoulder and neck massage which was part of MVP as part of $30.00. I ended up paying for incomplete job. She was so unprofessional working at Sports Clip.I am regular customer who comes to get haircut and this time service was horrible. How can someone work there who can’t do their job properly and provide customer services. Seems to me she didn’t care for her job. I’ll have to go to other Sports Clip other than Lake Zurich."
