"My sister went to supercuts today to get Layers,she has very long hair and it is wavy. She asked the stylist for layers and the stylist told her "No because it would look "ugly" " the stylist then proceeded to cut her hair very short and did not give her layers like she asked. Horrible, my sister lost her long healthy hair due to the stylist's negligence."
