"Leaving this review as a disappointed previous patient of this facility. I’ve had great experiences here up until my pregnancy. After my first pre-natal visit I was unaware that there was a strict timeline of when I needed to come back to see the doctor. I waited almost 3 hours for an appointment that lasted 15 min. Had I known it was so strict I would have tried to make arrangements to come in sooner but with the holidays and work it made it difficult. Calling in 6 weeks after my last appointment I was told they could no longer see me unless I paid $2.5k up front which left me in a VERY vulnerable place. Dr Rhinehart is awesome but i wish some compassion, understanding, and empathy could have been shown as this is my first pregnancy and the holidays made it difficult to come in within 4 weeks. This left me pregnant, without an OBGYN for weeks/months. The reason I am sharing this is because many drs won’t see patients after a certain # of weeks. Many people declined to see me. It should not be so hard to seek care when with child. Thankfully I’ve been embraced and welcomed by another practice willing to take me this late in my pregnancy. Just goes to show it’s possible. They took me without question at 22 weeks. I’m sure this office could have made an exception without financial penalty to continue to see me when I was 16 weeks. I hope other woman in my predicament are treated much differently because I felt defeated and hopeless. These are the kinds of things that need to be verbally communicated during the first appointment instead of it being rushed."

"I can admit i was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews but Dr. Jessica Rhinehart- Ventura was very kind, super knowledgeable & my partner and i both felt heard. staff was very courteous & i didn't spend all day at the doctors office lol, but on a serious note i will be returning. very pleased."

"All the office staff are great. It was easy to get an appt and you get someone on the phone, not voicemail. Anytime I called, the office answers, and it doesn’t roll to outsourcing overseas. I will continue to use Dr. C’s Galleria office. She’s a wonderful doctor."
