"My mom started chemo earlier in the week for the very first time and complained of severe itching after developing a rash all over her body. Dr. Nugent was the provider on-call, and I had to call back-and-forth to obtain the necessary information from my mom since I was not physically with her. Dr. Nugent was very patient, empathetic, and prompt with my calls to help my mom by sending the appropriate prescriptions so she could find some relief. We are very thankful for her care outside business hours."
