I did not feel rushed in the appt. and had every question answered. Everyone was courteous and proficient in their responsibilities right from the first person a patient encounters through checkout. "Dr. Dziadek never called me or left me any messages about any of my results and I had multiple scans and test results leaving me to figure out what any of it meant by myself (and yes i did have abnormal findings so talk about scary)! The nurse who took my BP, weight, etc in that little room laughed in my face when I said I had gotten a prescription to help with the pain from my IUD insertion (i had one inserted prior to this w/out meds and so i knew it was going to hurt ALOT). I didn't even get the medication because Dr. Dziadek forgot to put it in (yes she did say she would write me one because we talked about it at the first appointment but i guess she was too busy to actually place it). Also, they failed to tell me the IUD i wanted wasn't covered by my insurance and tried to blame it on the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and they sent me the record of them contacting Dr. Dziadek's office telling them weeks in advance my insurance didn't cover the IUD I wanted. I would never recommend anyone to this clinic as all of the staff are uncaring and they lie! It seems to be a systemic problem with the doctors, nurses, and office managers. The front desk ladies (who do all the scheduling) are nice though and seem very happy."
