"I called to make an appointment back in September the office never followed up with me after that...(the next available appointment was the endings of December) I showed up 5 minutes late because I was googling the doctors name and trying to figure out where the office was at since the office never bothered giving me that information or any kind for that matter.. My appointment was rushed because of the 5 minutes I was late and I was scheduled 2 different appointment and no one bothered asking me what days or times worked best for me they just assumed I’d be available for whatever was convenient for them. Oh and they erased my review when I rated my experience.GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!"

Together we discussed my hopes and vision for a better experience. She expressed respect for my opinions and was patient and professional at all of our appointments.
