"Very disapointed in the management and communication. After our previous provider kept increasing costs and reducing quality we looked for a better pool servicing provider. After a few months of service, Pinch a Penny decided to stop showing up. We reached out to them and were told that a text was sent (1 week earlier), that we never received, that they were unilaterally cancelling our service. They claimed that our pump was never running (it is, just later in the day, we have the electricity bills to prove it) and we're adding too much water to the pool (water evaporates when it's hot). Instead of working with us to make adjustments, they just decided to walk away. If this is how they show customer service, beware."

They all say you need their chemicals to fix your pool and hundreds of dollars later, the pool is still the same. "We service our own in ground pool. This is the best pool place in the area. It's a family owned and operated business and they operate it very well. They will test your pool/spa water sample and give you the printout of the water analysis and a prescription to resolve your water quality issue, if you have one. The store is well stocked with all the supplies and parts you would normally need for maintenance. The have a connection with service people to help onsite and the can repair pool cleaners too. It's a great stop for pool toys too."
