"I’ve only been seen by this doctor once back in 2022, made a follow up appointment and didn’t even get to see the doctor because there was an “emergency” the doctor had to handle. I was waiting nearly 3 hrs in the waiting room for my appointment with NO ONE giving me an update as to why my appointment is taking so long. Now that I’m finally pregnant Dr. Woolfolk is saying she can’t take me as a patient because I have too many no shows. How?? I was right outside the office letting y’all know how unprofessional your office is!!! Ridiculous!"
"Dr. Woolfolk is the only saving grace at this practice. I can tell she is overbooked, though because visits are always quick and to the point. As a first time pregnancy though, I'd like more personable and informative care. She has great bedside manners, she is very thorough, and has a warm personality. Her staff, on the other hand, are tactless and incredibly rude. Front desk staff are unpleasant and demanding. Staff also failed to tell me where and how to access my testing results until my second visit. The practice is very crowded and you are pushed through by the nurses like cattle, some waiting areas don't have enough space so we have to stand around waiting anywhere from 30-45 minutes for an US or bloodwork, and I was told by a different doctor I needed to find some place else to sit and wasn't allowed to stand waiting, just very stressful environment all around. Expect each appointment to take up your entire day. Getting a hold of someone on the phone for medical records took at least three days because it always goes straight to voicemail and no follow-up/callback."
"My wife was only checked one time in the recovery room after surgery. Come to find out she was to be checked every 15 minutes. My wife bleed out for almost a hour maybe longer without out it being caught. She lost over 2800 units of blood she could’ve lost her life. I the husband was traumatized. Dr.WoolFolk showed no remorse. She was so upset about all my concerns I brought to her attention, She later calls and asked that we see another doctor & she no longer felt comfortable."
"I absolutely love this doctor. I've been with her for "several" years now; I've lost count. She oversaw the pregnancy of my now 11 year old; she was very thorough throughout my pregnancy. I did have to have a C-section but it was uneventful and thank God she made that call - my baby's umbilical cord was double looped around her neck. We thank God for her all the time! Dr. Woolfolk is very caring, knowledgeable, supportive, pleasant, and attentive. I remain under her care and I trust her to the fullest! This review is long-overdue."
"The lack of empathy or remorse from Dr. Woolfolk and staff at the hospital was unbelievably mind blowing. I had a postpartum hemorrhage that was not caught in time, due to not being properly checked in the recovery room. Took almost an hour to be caught. Teresa one of the head RNs later notified us that I should have been checked every 15 mins, which was not done. Took multiple painful attempts to control the bleeding. Took so long that, I could have been admitted to ICU. The condescending attitude and lack of empathy towards my husband about this issue/trauma was absurd. No one let him know what was happening and proceeded to have an attitude because he inquired information. He witnessed the trauma I went through, which caused him trauma as well, being that I could have lost my life. Being over spoken, the scowl looks and lack of information is not expected from this hospital/ doctor."
