"Dr. Macintosh has done routine and yearly OB/GYN care for myself. I have a lot respect for this business owner, mother, wife and physician. Switching insurances can be stressful but luckily her office accepted them all! She has been there for me through rough diagnosis’ managing to be very gracious and gave me a plan even when delivering bad news. Her office staff picks up the phone every time and they have a great aftercare nurse line in case of emergencies. Her office is spotless and her staff is pleasant. I recently became pregnant and struggle with severe anxiety. For my concerns through my pregnancy, she has been the best to entrust and learn from even with all my medical history and concerns. She is very knowledgeable, and am confident in her delivering my baby. I have had my share of bad doctors that make you feel like you are just another number, but after 4 +years of being her patient she definitely takes the time to make you feel heard and all your questions answered. I have even had a few issues a year back with the billing department, and those billing issues were cleared up quickly. Thank you for your exceptional service. 5 star!"
