"From doctor to office staff, they are rude, unkind and make you feel rushed. Can’t get a call back from records. Only shining light was my NP who also seeemed rushed and overworked but always tried to make time to answer my questions."

Had a appointment with Dr. Woolfolk which I've decided to cancel because really nasty front desk workers . One name is Sandra she is the worst . Leslie is the other . Not a place you would want to receive prenatal care from . Your babys matter !!!!"

"If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional. After having to wait 2 hours in the lobby and additional 40 minutes in the room, I was finally able to start my new patient visit with Dr. Woolfolk. After waiting for so long it seems as though my visit was rushed. My time with the doctor was only about 15 minutes. Keep in mind I was a new patient. Fast forward a week and a half later… I called the morning of my appointment to confirm my appointment time, which I was told 9 am. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment time and signed in. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was told that I didn’t have an appointment with them until October. My experience was honestly a 0/10. I have never left a bad review of any business but please believe all of the reviews you’re reading about this place. If you’re looking for a place that values patient care to and through, has an updated system (they still use pen and paper for everything), and cares about your time, this unfortunately isn’t the place you. Hopefully you can find better."

"Very positive experience with the receptionist, the doctor on the other hand was not as attentive, I’ve been calling for weeks about trying to get a different prescription, instead I get some kind of excuse as to why one antibiotic won’t work over the other when what he keeps prescribing me is only making things worse. And they both treat the same things, this is negligence at this point."

"No wonder they have a 2.8 rating. The receptionists are VERY rude and hostile. I made an appointment online as a new patient to establish care. I was able to book the appointment just fine and I called them two days before to see if I could reschedule for a different time. The receptionist then starts to go back and forth with me about WHY I needed to establish care and the reason for my visit... I told her I just need to establish care with an OB-GYN that I can see regularly throughout the year for any and every GYN issue. She refused to take that for an answer and stated there must be a reason/issue for me to come in. Since when do you have to have a major issue to establish care with a doctor? It shouldn't matter what my reason is anyway, the allotted appointment time would still be the same. These doctors are losing a lot of patients before they even walk in the door due to their front desk staff. Time for some change lol."
