"Honestly if i can rate this clinic zero stars i would! The staff does not help you at all, they DON’T do their Job right, which is to help and have empathy for the patient, I honestly feel like they just want the money and they can’t even call my insurance to verify that it’s active. I was 38 weeks pregnant when i really needed them the most and they couldn’t make one phone call for them to help me with my situation. I would 100% NOT recommend this clinic at all."
"This place was amazing to me. Dr Sassie delivered my first baby. Throughout my pregnancy she made me feel safe and secure. The front desk ladies are very nice and helpful. Specially when it came to questions about my insurance. 10/10 recommend. Parking is on Yorktown st, up the ramp. When you enter the building it’s the suite on the right."
"Dr Diana Herrera is incredibly sweet and takes time to hear out my concerns. On the other hand, the communication that this office has is HORRIBLE. I am 6 months pregnant, I felt extremely sick last week, I called 10x for 2 days and no answer. I left 10x voicemails and no call was returned. I ended up going to the ER on Saturday, doctor prescribed me some antibiotics. I tried calling again to get a green light that they are safe for pregnancy, and to see if they could check my baby since I had shortness of breath for 3 days and feel less fetal movement and until TODAY I have not been able to speak with no one. My husband and me are considering changing providers, and not because of the doctor. But because of the lack of professionalism, ethic and customer service that this office and the receptionist have."
"Dr. Jenna Sadie is excellent. Her and her team are caring and efficient. Dr. Sadie really took the time to explain options to me and her team made follow up treatment very easy to schedule. The West Alabama location is in a pretty new office building that has easy parking. There is also a blood draw lab in the office which was very convenient and easy. Excited that I’ve found such a great doctor and team."
"I am currently six months pregnant trying to switch doctors because I can no longer take how unprofessional and unorganized this office has been. This has been by far the WORST experience I have ever had with any doctors office. Everyone at this office is so rude and uneducated. For starters, my medical assistant Genesis, didn’t know the difference between a laxative and a stool softener. She never knew any details about anything and would call me trying to discuss my results and have to put on me hold so she could figure out what the results were instead of preparing beforehand. Dealing with the front desk was even more of a nightmare. I had an appointment scheduled and they didn’t care to inform me that because of insurance reasons, I would not be able to be seen that day. Instead of calling me, I show up and they sent me home explaining how they couldn’t see me until the issue was resolved. I even offered to pay out of pocket for the appointment because I was over four months pregnant at the time and couldn’t afford to miss any appointments. I was told two different things by two different ladies at the front desk. Conchita said that paying out of pocket was not a problem and Maribel told me I couldn’t pay out of pocket and to come back when my insurance issues were resolved. I explained that could take weeks and she basically told me that wasn’t her problem. I have not been able to get an appointment for over two months now so I am trying to get my medical documents sent to another doctor. I called the office to see if they had sent them to this new doctor and Maribel was extremely rude (as always) and said that they sent them and to call my new doctor later on this week to see if she received them. A fax takes seconds to send and she’s telling me to check back later this week? Never expect any sense of urgency with them. They could careless how urgent your situation is. I checked back with the new doctor and she said the documents were so small they were not visible so I had to call and get them to send them again. They sent them the second time and again, they were too small to read. So they sent them again, for the third time, and this time they were big enough to read but they only transferred my ultrasounds? The new doctor needed ALL of my medical records, not just the ultrasounds. I ended up having to go to the doctors office myself to get all of my paperwork and unfortunately had to speak to the rudest person in the office, Maribel. She is never helpful in ANY situation, if anything she will make every situation much worse than it has to be. This entire office is either rude or uneducated but Maribel is by far the worst. This experience has been so incredibly stressful since day one. I would not recommend this office to anyone especially expecting mothers! Save yourself some sanity and go elsewhere."
