"I was diagnosed with endometriosis with another dr and had surgeries for cyst removal but wasn’t too happy with that dr. I found Dr. Vassim and I really left that appointment happy because she actually listened to me & my symptoms. She noticed my hair loss with out me telling her anything. She wanted me to get an ultrasound & I was pretty bummed out they didn’t do them there but it was something I could see past. But the place they sent my order didn’t take my insurance. I been calling this office for the last 2 weeks & twice someone just answered and hung up and now I didn’t even get a answer. I got sent to voicemail and it was full so couldn’t leave a message. I’m in pain & frustrated and now I feel the need to maybe look for another dr because I can’t seem to get through to the office. They need to do better"

"Horrible experience!!! The doctors over there are good, however they are covered up with this marketing rep off office, all they want is take your money. No patient care whatsoever. Regardless of the long waiting time with appointments, the front office is just bad. WHO DOES THAT I called to check on my results and they said I have to come in, I mean I have been to many clinics before the nurse always would call and tell me what’s wrong. I told that person “I am worried why do I have to come in? is something serious?” she replied “mmmmm I AM NOT SURE” WHO SAYS THAT TO A WORRIED PATIENT? Then they transferred me to the nurse, she wouldn’t tell me or put my mind at ese at least until I can make it to my appointment. So, I schedule an appointment an go, they want me to pay a DR VISIT AGAIN!!!! I mean for what? I am here for my follow up results. When I refused, the person in front said “ when the nurse has time, she will come and see you” I waited for more than an hour. Then I went back to check, she said” well you did not want to pay office fee”, what office fee are you talking about $150?????? For what exactly? For treating me like I am no one ? it took the nurse less than a minute to tell me my results and while standing up as if ok here you go now let me go back to my real work. This place is not recommended, and I am sorry for the good doctors over there. But never again."

"Disappointing Experience with Dr. Waseem Ali I had a disheartening experience with Dr. Waseem Ali's practice that compelled me to share my feedback. Initially, my wife’s appointment scheduled for December 12th was rescheduled to December 27th due to the doctor's unavailability. On December 27th, despite arriving promptly for my 11 o'clock appointment, an extended wait ensued. When the doctor finally arrived, she requested details about my wife’s issue, but abruptly left, asking for paperwork. After waiting for an extended period for her return, we decided to leave, feeling undervalued as patients. This experience highlights a lack of consideration for patients' time and concerns, leading to an overall negative encounter. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in customer service and timeliness for future patients."

"Dr. Vaseem Ali is hands down the best OBGYN, and one of the best doctors and surgeons I’ve ever met. No one can even come *close* to her over 50 -years of experience, excellence of care, or medical knowledge. I’ve gone through so many OBGYNs (5) who didn’t care about me as a woman and ignored or dismissed my pain. Dr. Vaseem Ali was the first OBGYN to really evaluate my symptoms and health history, and treat me as a woman and as an *individual* rather than as a function of how many kids I do or don’t have. She gave my health importance as a human being rather than as a mother, daughter, wife. I have a complex health history and significant rare illness. Dr. Vaseem really thought outside of the box to get me to a good place. I’ve also had a surgery with her. I only felt comfortable going under anesthesia because I knew she would be my surgeon and trust her more than the 20+ other specialists I’ve had to see in the last 2 years. Post surgery, she called me multiple times to make sure I was doing ok, and went above and beyond to ensure my post-op needs were met. I love her so, so much and am indebted to her beyond words for helping me regain a lot of my health and for never saying “no” when I was desperately in need."
