"If I could give 6 stars, I would. Dan came to our home to investigate a steady flow of water in our basement. It was coming from the corner of the foundation, and had a slight sewage smell. Dan looked all over the house and checked all the plumbing. Before having me commit to any procedure or deposit, Dan went outside and across the street and checked the village sewer line. Dan found that the village sewer was completely clogged, and that was causing sewer water to back up into our home. Public works was called and they fixed the problem which in turn fixed our problem. I was really impressed with Dan's knowledge of the job, and he was very friendly and extremely professional. I really appreciate him checking everything to find the problem, instead of offering a quick, and possibly expensive, fix. I'll definitely call Restore should another problem happen in our home. Thank you Dan."

"We are very pleased with all of our interactions with Restore plumbing. We had our basement remodeled, and Restore plumbing took care of moving pipes to a new location in our basement, installing all of our shower pipes and faucets, installed our toilet and all of the vanity needs. We also had Restore install a back up sump pump. Tom was great about being patient with us and explaining everything in depth. He gave us options. Matt did a great job handling all of the pipes being moved and always answering every question we had. He also took the time to look at our upstairs toilet that had been running.
