"I tried to schedule a new patient appointment for my daughter and I, and I am sorry but the girl answering your phones is very unprofessional. She comes across like she doesn't know what she's doing. I asked her if Dr. Simacori takes UHC and she said if it's the PPO yes, if HMO or medicare or medicaid no. I don't even know what that has to do with UHC, but I ignored it and we continued the conversation, but I didn't have a member ID, I'd been told to use my social and she refused but I'd given her alot of information so I asked "will I have to give you all of that information all over again? She replied "yes". This is super frustrating so I said, "why can' t you just use the social until I call back? Now it turned out that NO I do not need to give her all of the information again. Then I said "ok, well that's what I asked you." Suddenly she hangs up without me being able to even get her name. I immediately call back and someone is picking up but doesn't say anything and it happened three times. When I hang up and call back, it goes to voicemail who says to hit zero and it says the mailbox is full. NOW I finally get through and I get "the office is closed". To me this means that she was picking up the phone and didn't feel like speaking to me, wanted to go home. I did her job for 16 years for a GI practice at Memorial City 30 years ago. This isn't how it works. I am not sure that we will try your office if we have to deal with this girl every time we come in."
"Have been going to the same gynecologist (Dr C) for 30 years and he retired sadly. Dr Sincori was his partner in the practice so I tried her this year. Very pleased. She made me feel very comfortable. She’s friendly, informative, and funny."
"Dr. Sinacori did a great job with my annual women's wellness exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my questions."
"Dr. Sinacori and her staff kept me informed about a delay that occurred prior to my appointment time. I appreciate their honesty. Once my appointment started, Dr. Sinacori was all business and matter of fact. She seemed concerned about my well-being and took a detailed patient history. The appointment went quickly with no wasted time. Since she is replacing my former, now retired doctor, I can say that I will return for any gynecological concerns."
"First time pregnant here and decided to go there since she had good ratings and also close to my house. Confusing process of waiting 45 minutes to be seen, then seeing the DR for maximum 5 minutes at most with most of my questions being left unanswered. Did not feel welcomed or acknowledged unfortunately. Felt confused as I wasn’t told I would have to come in with full bladder, then asked to provide a urine sample. Told that there is no water in the office so had to leave and buy water and come back, sit and drink and wait for full bladder to give urine sample. After the urine sample told I need a full bladder for the sonogram. Nice front office staff though."
