"It has taken me 7 months to write about this man and his staff. I only met him once as he was my daughters Dr. I do know he was rushed, he had no explanations, he did not return phone calls, or listen when he was told she was way to swollen, her hands are numb, she was itchy everywhere. My daughter had a rushed ultrasound and he was told again about these symptoms, he brushed them off like she was being dramatic. I saw her right after that ultrasound and I remember saying your way to swollen. She said I just left the Dr he said I’m fine it’s normal. The next day my daughters baby stopped moving, she was 34 weeks, and because she had been told so many times when she would call or go in this is normal and she would be dismissed, she actually felt like she was doing something wrong by going to the hospital. She finally went, they gave her a ultrasound and just said there’s no heartbeat. There was no explanation, the way she was told was so rude and matter of fact, she was not explained anything they put her epidural in wrong, she still has pain 7 months later, during labor she was alone most of the time, he barely made it in the room to catch the baby. Again she was told “this happens” So she is in shock if they had listened or her water broke at the ultrasound the day before the baby would be here. She gives birth no one says ok this is what we do this is what you can do. They simply say do you want a autopsy it’s $1500 and really won’t be able to tell you anything. When I got there she was alone, no staff to help with her dead daughter. I had to do hand prints, foot prints, she’s was never asked would you like pictures, she wasn’t given the special blanket for newborns that are stillborn so mom can have more time. I went to her follow up and this Dr was so matter of fact, no compassion, rushed. I asked about the swelling and itching he blew it off like this happens. Maybe some antidepressants will help. And your young you’ll have more. If my daughter wasn’t in such a bad mental state that day I would’ve went crazy on him. I would not recommend him or his facility. Also the appointment afterwards I specifically asked to have it at end of day or early morning so she wouldn’t see any babies or pregnant woman the staff was so ghetto and seemed to laugh it off. I feel they all need to be audited and I guarantee you this happens there more often then not. They should be shut down and every pregnancy they have done should be researched. See stillborns aren’t spoken on. It’s to heartbreaking. Someone please look into this Dr"

"So google only lets you leave one review. I seen your reply and needed to respond myself. Recap: I called you guys more than 5 times trying to get an appointment, after the very first person incorrectly told me, and everyone else that my insurance is not accepted. I dont trust the judgemnt of the first individual becuase you could smell the weed through the phone. I spoke with the Practice manager Erica Small who made promises she did not keep. And had to deal with snarky and rude receptionists when simply trying to set up an appointment. First, thank you for verifying what i am saying is factual. Because i wouldnt be leaving a one star review if it were not in fact, true. So, you state that you went above and beyond - yet i called more than 5 times to get this resolved. and was met with gross attitude from more than 2 of your staff members. So i am utterly confused on you saying you went above and beyond. You stated that you would call me back on monday. That did not happen. Where is the above and beyond in that? Dont irritate me, abeg. I left you a messge. Did you call back, Erica? No, Erica, you did not call back. So where exactly is the above and beyond you are referring to? I repeated the same name of my carrier multiple. Did anyone of you stop and say let me look into this further? No. No one did. You didnt. You, Miss Erica, only did so because I am stubborn and very persistent. So this above and beyond phrase is really chapping my lips, and ive never had chapped lips in my life. You kept me on hold for 40 minutes without touching base, without any updates to what is going on - but youre working dilegentl ? Abeg, the headache here is astronomical. The thing that really defrosts my snow cone, is you all replying to my review instead of calling me back like you said you would. I dont feel bad about leaving this one star review, AT ALL. And who are you to tell me what i can and cant afford? I got an agent on my phone in less than 30 minutes when i called my company. I find it extremely difficult to believe you havent gotten any information from them to date. I called them and again was able to verify that if a claim were submitted, they would be able to pay out. So who exactly on your team is unsure of how to verify info? Because i did it in less than 20 minutes. Seems further training needs to be done. Because make it make sense, Erica; how my company is a payer under the umbrella of a well known provider, but youre "unable to verify" .. even though you literally just verified my company is a payer. If its a payer.. that means.. they can pay? Does it not? Regardless, no due diligence was done. And instead of you calling back like you promised you would, Erica, you want to reply this rubbish paragraph instead of telling me my business over my phone. when i say shame on you, i mean that from my belly and soul. You make this doctor look so freaking bad. I have spent too much energy on this, but as previously mentioned i am persistent and stubborn. I hope you all learn not to trust the word of someone who is obviously higher than the bills you charge your patients. For shame."
"I loved this doctor until I didn’t. I feel like he does a good job for what it is. He’s busy spends not enough time with each patient.. I had a doctors appointment on Monday told his nurse I couldn’t feel my hands and that I was itchy she said she would email me paper work on “carpool tunnel” I called plenty of times to tell them I’m to swollen they stated it was normal on Tuesday I gave birth to my baby stillborn (we don’t have a definitive reason as to why she passed away). The birth in my opinion also went left I had basically pushed her out by myself before he came back and I could actually start pushing for real it was really traumatic. Postnatal appointment was me just sitting on the Table telling him I didn’t want antidepressants we didn’t take blood we didn’t talk about what happen. We didn’t examine me. It was like she just died and get over it I can have more kids.. not saying don’t go to this doctor just know that you have to really promote for yourself."
