"I asked for 4 inches off the top and the sides about an inch long. What I want to know is when the lady heard me say, "I want only one side of my head cut." I don't remember her name, but she had blond/white hair. I didn't notice at the time because the she absolutely drenched my hair. And my hair gets curly when it gets wet. Now that I'm home, I was fixing my hair and noticed my hair was an absolute mess. She only cut one side of my head and didn't even cut the one side evenly. She also cut WAY too much off and looks ridiculous. And of course, this is right before school starts. And right before I perform at a football game. And I have the WORST hair I've ever seen. I have no idea how they let me walk out of that store looking like that."

"Crazy Overpriced. The Ultimate MVP is a rip off. The Stylist was nice and professional and gets the only stars. The chair they sit you in when they wash your hair is very uncomfortable and the "massage" is it just vibrating. They literally massage your head/wash for like 1 minute. It's barely anything. The shoulder massage is a massage gun from Amazon. The hot towel was nice tho. Overall will not be back until they lower their prices. Crazy expensive."

"I was planning to get a haircut at my regular family owned hair salon this week. I prefer family owned businesses because they usually provide better services to compete with big corporations and franchises, and that quality of work earned my loyalty. And then, I received a coupon for a free haircut at Sport Clips on facebook. This promo got me curious because I have never been to Sport Clips before. I was greeted by front desk host Taylor. There were only two people working there, the other one was busy servicing a client. After a two minute wait, Taylor beckoned me and told me she was going to be my stylist. Apprehensive, I told her to start with clippers, #4 on the sides and back, not too high, and blend up using scissors, not clippers, and trim the top. She executed my instructions to a T that I became comfortable enough to watch TV in front of me. She was confidently meticulous with her work and she obviously enjoys what she’s doing. The place was neat and very clean, even the countertops in front of the me were uncluttered and arranged systematically like one would with a dining table on Thanksgiving. I am confident they follow all procedures regarding cleaning, disinfection and sanitation. There was only a single chair in the waiting area suggesting that patrons wait outside. Everyone wore a mask, even I. She would partially remove the straps on mine, only if she had to. I read they use fresh At the end, I am very happy with my haircut. Fortunately, Sports clips allow you to check-in online and choose your stylist. Sport Clips is a little bit pricier that most hair salons."
