"A friend introduced me to Dr. Lu, so I called to make an appointment, but the front desk staff couldn't say anything except "I'M SORRY". Well, your professional front desk staff persuaded me to leave."

"I like Dr Lu a lot because she is knowledgeable ,very helpful and kind to the patients. My only disappointment was the front office receptionist who checked me in. She constantly made mistakes on my email address, phone number and my pharmacy that I specified on the internet. I had to have my husband speak to her and get the proper email address so I can fill out the check in form. He even specified my pharmacy on the form and still only put some strange pharmacy on my file. He had to make constant phone calls to get the ordered medication to the correct place. This is why only gave 4 stars on this survey. You must get someone who is much more attentive on check in."
