"We hosted our daughter’s 5th birthday celebration!! It surpassed my expectations by miles! They decorated soo well. The service was exceptional! When I say we hardly asked for anything because they were on it with refills and making sure we had everything we needed (cups, plates, etc.) also my adult drink was never empty! It’s this kind of service that will have us coming back! The food was also great! We had pizza, Wings , chicken tenders and fries. The set up they have is functional and allows enough space for everyone! The place was well kept and the birthday package was affordable! We all had an excellent time!! Will be coming here from now on! Thank you!"

"The first time we've done this New Year’s Eve event and wow is right nothing shorter than an amazing fun time here at Bowlero. For starters The welcoming and informative hospitality from the staff was hands down amazing. We didn't know what to expect as we walked in well the staff wasted no time in attending to us. The family and I felt so welcomed from beginning to end! Thank you so much to IVAN the manager for such an amazing we'll thought out and eventful experience. IVAN explained how the night was gonna go making sure we had our wristbands we forgot to purchase for drinks and making sure the kiddos were situated with all the party supplies and snacks. We had a ball bowling taking pictures arcade & wait did I mention a live DJ & desserts!!! Big shout-out to the entire staff A+ service. I think what not only I but everyone appreciated was how accommodating Ivan and the entire staff was. Checking on everyone making sure things were good. Honestly we enjoyed the countdown and the toast beverages. We are planing on making this a yearly event in years to come. Thanks to the entire staff and IVAN the manager cheers to you sir ! "I want to thank the manager, Ivan, for giving my family and me the best experience. My husband made reservations for New Year's Eve at Bowlero. Ivan helped us right from our arrival until we left. He made sure we were well taken care of. He explained everything thoroughly. We had a well decorated table to ourselves; the place wasn't crowded at all; the doors were locked at a specified time; and only persons with reservations were permitted inside. Ivan was constantly checking up on us, making sure we were okay. This was the first time we spent New Year's Eve at Bowlero; the price was worth it: live Dj (which he was playing good music), unlimited food, drinks, and delicious dessert. They included all the party celebration supplies for everyone, along with champagne. We had a fantastic time from beginning to end. We even got an amazing thank you note with a voucher to come back for 2 hours of bowling. I'm definitely going back for New Year's Eve next year. "First time here in Lyons. Made this reservation about almost a month ago for my daughter. WE HAD A BLAST HERE!! My daughter and her friends had such an amazing experience. The food, prep, location, customer service, and management here was great! Ivan, the GM was very nice and very informative and walked me through everything. His team here was helpful and fun. Monica was also a great help with the organizing of the party. Great atmosphere. Great time , they did an amazing job for us. Definitely coming back!!! Place was super clean. The arcade was fun too! Menu is great. All the employees here had a great attitude and they actually enjoyed our company."
