"I've visited several times in an attempt to reserve a room. I've been turned down multiple times because it's always the "wrong" time. I've been told, wait until after the kids' summer session is over, then FEMA is here, then wait until January. I'm just attempting to have a simple 2-hour meeting for 50-75 members of the community. I've always assumed the park fieldhouse was for the public."
