"I’ve had issues with this office sending in documentation needed to document my pregnancy for FMLA..I’ll be due in a couple of months and I’ve had to reach out to the board of health for their administrative negligence..and as stated by previous comments; yes, the front office staff always has an antagonizing tone when asked to do their job!! And Dr Chu has more concern about asking intruding personal, family, and employment questions rather than the lack of administrative care her staff gives…it’s been HELL going here!!"

"I only give one star because I have to just to make a comment. I call this office Friday 10/20 to book an appointment and they inform me to change my Dr. If I want a early appointment and I call my PCP Dr. To send a new referral for the Doctor. I call back an hour after to inform them that it was sent and that was at 11am. She informed me that they got the referral and they will call me Monday 10/23 to schedule an appointment with me. They never did and I call today 10/26 to schedule an appointment again they asking me to call me back again. So I chose not to move forward with my referral to be with this office because honestly it shouldn’t take 5 days or more to just schedule an appointment. Also if they feel like they don’t accept new patients, it okay to just let me know so I could have my PCP referral somewhere else."

"Dr. Chu and her staff are very personable and helpful. Dr. Chu takes time to answer questions, address concerns, give you numbers and history to help you understand how experienced she is or how often a procedure/task has been done to make you feel more comfortable. The only down side to the thorough office visits is the consequence of that which is long wait times. I haven't had an afternoon appointment in a while because I usually try to get a first thing in the morning so the wait time is a little bit less. If you are looking for a great and genuinely caring doctor, Dr. Chu is the answer!"

"The staff is very professional and nice! Dr. Chu is wonderful. She speaks fluent Vietnamese which is very helpful for my mom when she has her appointments. She's been coming here for the past two years and each time, the doctor and staff are kind and helpful."
