This made the experience even more enjoyable for our kids, who had an absolute blast bouncing around and trying out all the different trampoline activities. "There is a person at the reception area named Octavia, young, tall girl, she was extremely rude and obnoxious for zero reason. She couldn’t find us by our phone number and was lazy to type it twice. She sent us to sign the waiver again when I explained to her that we already did and we are in the system for sure. We went to the other line and the other person found us right away. When I confronted Octavia saying that: “I was in the system and they found us by phone number”, she said: “ I am happy for you”. What?! What kind of reply is that. She made us stand in line on busy Sunday morning twice! That is a terrible and absolutely unacceptable customer service right there. She has that passive aggressive attitude and can’t even correctly put the number in but thinks she runs the place. Octavia needs to learn some manners and realize that she is not at home talking to her parents or friends. When I contacted the manager no one ever replied to me which speaks volumes about this place."

"I have 3 boys under 10 - I've been to A LOT of trampoline parks, ninja parks, and just indoor parks...and this is my favorite! It's as clean as anything run by children could be, even though it was busy it never seemed too crowded. It's understaffed like any other business now but they're trying as hard as they can. I'd absolutely go back! My 7-year-old absolutely loved it."
