"Great Dr.Troy my first visit with him went in for a second opinion, I'm glad I did he and the nurses a very patient and understanding, he communicate everything with Will and not rushed."

"This facility is not transparent about their billing. I pay out of pocket for at the end of each visit and was charged months after my visit for a lab test I did not consent to. Their customer service regarding the miscommunication was incredibly discouraging, as they acknowledged a mistake was made but were still insistent that I pay the cost of the lab testing. When I asked how I might ensure this does not happen again? The response was to ask more questions to the nurse practitioner. I am not a health expert. I trust that those managing my health are honest and recommend to me procedures and medications that are in my best interest. Should we not? I do not recommend this clinic."
