"I have been seeing Dr. Morales for over 15 years he has amazing bedside manner. He is thoughtful before he provides opinion and he’s honest with his delivery which I appreciate. I love the televize it it saves me a trip I can still see him he can see me I think they’re the best thing in today’s world. Most importantly his staff answers the phone and if they can’t press amazing they will always get back with you in a timely manner!!! "This was my first visit today. Waited for 40 min and Dr. Morales came in, did my annual exam and was out the door in 10 min. I tried to explain I was not only there to do my exam I wanted to discuss my medical issues so I could make decisions. This was my first visit, so I thought it was important to explain my history. After about 2 min of explaining what had been going on, Dr. Morales rudely stated he had to cut me off because he had 12 patients waiting. He asked that I schedule a telemedicine visit to discuss what was going on. I Let him know I was not interested in scheduling another visit with him because I like to have doctors that will give me their time. He simply said Ok, and walked out the door. Obviously he's not that type of doctor. Made my decision easy not to ever return to him again."
