"I do not recommend coming to this office! The staff is rude and it’s very obvious they do not like their jobs. The wait time is ridiculous!! With every visit I would as myself why do I still come here. You will wait an hour and a half in the waiting area just to be called to the back to wait another 30 minutes. There is no sense of urgency or clear communication at this office. If Dr. Margaret Kelly is an hour plus behind on appointments the appropriate thing to do is to communicate that with the patients in the waiting room. You would hope a Doctor that kept you waiting two hours for something as simple as a prescription refill would at the very least apologize for the long wait or a simple thank you for waiting. Very disappointed in the staff and Dr. Kelly."

"do not go to her! i have had the worst experiences of my life dealing with this doctor and her staff. i am pregnant with my first child and have never received such horrible service and disrespect in my entire life! and when i finally decided to switch doctors they have made the transition to a new doctor even more terrible, losing my records, lying about speaking to me and the new docs office, just complete lack of care for expecting moms. and when i mentioned to her i needed to be checked for a reaction to latex down stairs! she completely ignored my request and instead decided to belittle and degrade me for my choices on the vaccines.! that was the final straw that made me decide to switch docs! do your self a favor and find a caring doctor because the kellys are not it!."

"I received excellent care from Dr. Margaret Kelley. She is very professional, yet compassionate and kind. She explained my problem well and recommending surgery. She is an exceptional surgeon and I have no doubt that I received the best of care. A few days after I came home from the hospital, I called very early in the morning with a concern. Instead of having her answering service or a nurse call me back, she personally called me back and had me come to the office that morning. There was not a problem, just a normal part of the healing process that I was not sure about. I felt silly that I had taken her time over something so minor, but she was happy to reassure me that I was okay. I don't know many doctors who will call patients back themselves, especially outside regular office hours. I really appreciate her and her staff."

"Dr. Margaret Kelley is my Obgyne of my 2nd child. She treat me very well. And very professional. She takes good care of me since day since day 1 until i gave birth. I highly recommend her to every mom out their. I just love her service. Shes is just amazing."

"I suggest going to literally any other facility than here. If I could give it less than one star, I would. The facility is older and run down, there were bugs in the patient rooms, everything was yellowed and dingy, and so much more. I waited OVER AN HOUR for each of my appointments. I've seen both of the Dr. Harmon and Dr. Margaret and had a bad experience with both. In my first appointment, I was repeatedly questioned about the same thing to the point where even the nurse had to tell the doctor "she just told you that answer". (Ridiculous!) HIs bedside manner was poor and I felt not at all comforted. When I expressed my interest in trying to become pregnant, I was written off and told "yeah, we'll get to that eventually". In my second appointment, the doctor was incredibly rude when I asked if it was typical to be running so late and she basically jumped down my throat saying that they were late because of surgeries in the hospital (note: no apology or "I'm sorry for the long wait"). I felt disrespected when told "you need to go use the bathroom, NOW". I walked out of my second appointment immediately after the doctor addressed me and got a refund. I will never return to this place nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. There are ways to avoid this and those actions were not taken. The facility can be cleaned. The staff can be nicer. They could let patients know that they are running late upon check in. They could give the option to reschedule. They could at least act apologetic when starting your appointment over an hour late. There are solutions available if this office cared more about decent customer service, but clearly they don't."
