"I went to this place for about 2 years and every time i went I felt like they where rushing cause they have so many patients to see , eveytime I need a refill on a medication I always have to call the doctors office cause they never sent it out , and yesterday I went to get a refill on my inhaler and they never sent it out so I had to go to the emergency room to get my medication I’m done with place never again if you need special care don’t come here because they suck the only one on point is the doctor Alakazah but his workers suck at doing there task I understand that they are busy but this is people lives in there hand the fact that I had to go to an emergency room to get my medication that I need to live when I just went and sat a whole 2 hours in there office for is unacceptable"
"Disappointing care. The website says individual care to high risk pregnancy this was completely false. My daughter was being seen here and was not given any guidance during her developed complication and was treated with disrespect absolutely no bedside manner, no professional advice on decision making when It came to the health and well being of my daughter and her baby, and because of this as a family a decision was made to have an emergency C-section 3 weeks early. The doctor was very rude and made my daughter cry at the hospital instead of giving her reassurance and addressing her concerns and calming a scared first time mom. This was her first baby how awful to leave such a stain on something so beautiful and joyous. If you don't want to do your job anymore stop and retire. Would not reccommend this clinic nor the birthplace."
"Came with my husband to get an untrasound and due to the virus they are only letting the patient in the office. This is the first women's clinic that doesn't have a recording to confirm your appointment it would be a common courtesy to let patients know that only the patient is allowed in the building before husbands take the day off of work especially for a sonogram."
