"As much as it pains me to have to leave one star and never come back to this office again, I am going to have to do so. I have seen Dr. Villanueva for 18 years. His first office was definitely disorganized and a little difficult to get to, but he made it work. When he left that doctors group to start his own practice, I thought things would get a lot better. They did and they were for many years and now all of a sudden because I have a sensitivity to a medication it has been a huge mess with his staff for two years and today they left me high and dry, without contacting my pharmacy about a medication that I needed to have before I leave for vacation tomorrow. Of course, they only work until 1 PM today but I called very early in the morning to get all this done and they never sent back anything to the pharmacy like I had asked. I got no phone call from them about questions or problems either and the receptionist I spoke to this morning was rude and was talking over me when I was trying to explain the whole problem that their staff started. I feel like I can no longer go to this office because the nurses or assistants are not notating my account correctly or reading the notes (if they do exist) and this is why the whole mess started. I’m to the point where I feel like I’m bothering them when THEY messed up! It’s like the staff, pharmaceutical companies, and pharmacies don’t realize or care that people can have sensitivities or allergies to certain medication and they have to take something else. It’s been an ordeal just trying to get alternate medication substitutes for what I take. This is for a hormonal imbalance and I cannot be without it. It seems like no one takes it seriously and unfortunately, after all this time, I will have to find a new GYN. I will miss Dr. Villanueva greatly."

"I've gone to Dr. Vs' office for the last 6-8 years after my mom recommended him to me and have always had a great experience. He has never made me feel uncomfortable. He got the perfect balance between professional and nurturing. His staff is super sweet and pretty much all know me by name which is also comforting and shows how caring they are. Dr. Poole, is also a super sweet and wonderful doctor.For the past 9 months my boyfriend has gotten to known them too since we are expecting our first child and he's also very pleased. We are so excited he will be delivering our daughter in just a few weeks and would totally recommend him to anyone!"
