"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. HORRENDOUS, I mean HORRENDOUS experience. I am a patient person and I can stand to wait for the important things, but this is not about the wait time. This is about DOCTOR HENRY CHEN. Please, please, please do not go here. This doctor had the WORST behavior of a medical "professional" that I have ever seen. As a future nurse, I was BAFFLED and left in tears. The entire time this doctor degraded postpartum nurses on the phone because they asked to confirm a dosage. He called them the "Stupidest people on the planet" and proceeded to curse. EVERY OTHER WORD WAS A CURSE WORD. and you're about to give me a pap smear while I'm PREGNANT!!!! You're dealing with women at their most vulnerable time in their life and you're being so disrespectful it triggered my nausea. LITERALLY. Before he could even do the procedure, I said I was leaving, got dressed and walked out. I feel bad for the nurses who have to work with this JERK!!!! MOCKERY OF A GOOD DOCTOR. WHO GAVE YOU A LICENSE TO WORK AMONG PEOPLE. Utterly, utterly disgusting behavior. The nurses apologize PROFUSELY for his behavior, knowing that it was the reason for my leaving. They shredded my documents in front of me and I left crying because I was SHOCKED that a doctor could behave this way among new mothers. Whoever is writing these good reviews needs to reevaluate their definition of good medical care because really and truly, this was the worst experience of my life in a "medical" setting. DO BETTER OR LEAVE YOUR PRACTICE. YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN THIS POSITION MR.CHEN. You are unruly"

"Absolutely did not like Dr.Gee her bedsidmanner was completely disrespectful. My last visit she spoke to me like I was a child. My babies father did not like her either and advised me to change ObGyns and that's exactly what I'll be doing. I also did not like the fact that I wasn't able to hear my babies heartbeat with her old outdated ultrasound machine. You'd think someone making so much money would be able to update her equipment or have the resources to help out with new equipment. To top it off my appointment was at 11am and I was not seen until 2pm making my boyfriend extremely late for work."

"I’m pregnant with twins and this is the longest I’ve ever waited to be seen for only 10 mins. I arrived at multiple appointments early and on time for my scheduled appt only to be seen 3 hours later for a total of 10 to -20 mins based on if I needed a pap and ultrasound. They put other patients in front of you knowing you were there first with no regards in letting the patient know how long it will or might be especially a pregnant women who hasn’t ate 5-6 hours prior to the appt. I was told there was a female doctor in the practice when I first came in & I have yet to be able to see one. I’m not uncomfortable with a man I just prefer a women doctor and I think they knew that but because their practice runs off making money from Medicaid they didn’t inform me DR CHEN was the only one available. I tried to switch but because of my sensitive situation a lot of other doctors are refusing my transfer but something has to be done about it. It’s outrageous."

"First off I am reading negative comments and in all honest I have been going there since 2011. None of these negative comments even sound like Dr Chens office, yes the wait is long but it is 100% worth it in my book. Chen gave me great care on all 5 of my pregnancies including an early miscarriage and a late one where I was 19 weeks pregnant. On my last child (the 19wk miscarriage) he did everything he could for me I am sure he had plenty of patients to tend to and was probably very exhausted but he stayed with me as long as he could while I was in the hospital. I highly doubt you will find another doc that goes above and beyond for their patients the way he does."
