"My first visit was not horrible. I paid a copay for a preventative service which is covered by my insurance I also received a surprise bill for a test I never opted in for. This test was based off of the regular blood pressure tests results and was never disclosed to me. A lump was missed during this appointment when I called to follow up they scheduled an appointment which I paid over $100 dollars for just so the dr can visit me for 4 minutes. He confirmed there was something and even said we would do an ultrasound. This could have been done in office at the same visit however they instead sent me to an out of network provider. When I called back I was told they can schedule another visit but guess what. It would be another office visit charge. For something they missed and could have done in one visit! I also scheduled a visit for my daughter, a regular preventative visit. She has zero health issues however they are trying to make an excuse to charge an office visit. Even if it is just birth control which is preventative and I confirmed with my insurance is covered 100% the office is attempting to charge. They do not care about your health they care about the money. Stay away. You have options with finding a provider that cares so please do your research before coming to this facility. I know I am and I am telling everyone to stay away from this facility and am finding better care for my daughters and I."
"Staff seems robotic and treat you like cattle. I called and was so concerned about a very early miscarriage and both women I spoke to seemed to not care and could not fit me in to be seen. They don’t have a sonographer or appts for ultrasounds for months is what I was told. Go to the ER is what I was told. I wanted to see Dr mastro but saw a PA at my initial appt she was very nice but then just a week later I find I’m pregnant. Then a week later that’s when I fear miscarriage and I wanted to be see how they could get me in for a DR. I was told they are very busy that’s why they send you to a PA."
"The billing department is a disgrace they shouldn’t work with pregnant mothers. I was always stressed going in this place they want payment for delivery first, even though I informed them, by the time I have the baby I will not deliver with them. I will be moving out of state. I still got billed for every appointment for the delivery, which was stressful. I had local payments, but I had a big bill for a delivery that I notified them ahead of time that I was not going to be in the state the doctors was great. Didn’t spend enough time with you. I wish they would. The receptionist checking out was difficult and also stressful they had attitudes. I think they needed a break being pregnant and being in a negative environment. I am still in Texas and I transferred to my doctor and it’s way better service. They are doing more bloodwork for my thyroid. They are checking more on the baby."
"To start off they were right on time, which for a gynecological clinic is a small miracle. The nurse was very polite too. But my doctor was really amazing. Dr. Nicole Maestro is truly remarkable – caring, efficient, and impressively professional. Her bedside manners made my Pap smear experience surprisingly easy, easing my initial anxiety. She has a unique ability to make patients feel at ease, and I wish more doctors shared her exceptional qualities.Highly recommended!! Don’t think anymore. Just choose her"
"Seven Oaks is the best gynecology practice I have ever been to. The doctors, PAs, and staff are so kind and caring. If you are visiting the main office on Ewing, plan an extra 30 minutes ahead of what you normally would just to get there. There is always construction around the building and the available entrances change periodically. Google maps WILL NOT get you there accurately. It's worth it despite the struggle to find their offices because you won't find better care anywhere else."
