"I have had 2 visits with Dr. Serrano. So far I have been very impressed with him, his staff and the facility. Everyone has a very caring way about them. The staff is super friendly, informative, understanding and makes you feel like you matter. The unltrasound tech was very impressive too. She made me feel comfortable, explained things, very gentle and had a pleasant way about her. Dr. Serrano is also very impressive. He knows how to make you feel comfortable. He explained my test results in detail, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. By chance I found Dr. Serrano online. After 25 yrs with my prior OBGYN who retired in May of this year, I was lost and scared on who to trust with my care and conditions. I'm very happy I took a chance! I already recommended him to my sister in-law, and Cousin."

"If only I could give negative stars! I fired him at the hospital and did not let him deliver my baby. I trusted the hospital nurses and doctors at North Central Baptist and it was the best decision ever. If you want a c-section he’s the perfect doctor for you. He will automatically go to that without explaining anything to you. I was prescribed pain meds 4 days before being induced via a text message and was never told why or when to take it. Never had a Doc prescribe hard pain meds or any meds for that matter without discussing it. Something that should be reported to the board. First time mom and I was out of time searching for a doctor as my previous obgyn stopped delivering this year. I read Dr. Serranos reviews and they’re so great that we decided to go with him. I can only come to the conclusion that he is sociopath with multiple personalities or his reviews are paid for. He thrives on not giving you any information, seems to get upset when we asked questions, would constantly disregard my husband as if he was invisible. Extremely bad manners, worst experience, very sad I dealt with this for my entire pregnancy."

"I love Dr. Serrano’s office. I was new to the area and had my first visit in 2022. The time to create a new patient account to my first visit was very fast and easy! I think I had an appt set within one week of calling. The ladies in the front were very friendly and polite, the nurses were all professional and listened to my history and concerns. Dr. Serrano helped me with some long-term cramps I was having. He knew exactly what I needed and followed up with me. From the moment I walked in they treated me with kindness and care and I’ve always felt comfortable in their care. I highly recommend giving this office a try."
