Dr. Alexandriah Alas

Dr. Alexandriah Alas is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist located at 8300 Floyd Curl Drive in San Antonio, Texas. She specializes in non-surgical and minimally invasive surgery for pelvic floor disorders such as vaginal and pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and bowel incontinence. Dr. Alas is actively involved in research in the field of urogynecology and has received several research awards. She is particularly interested in quality improvement measures for patient-centered outcomes following surgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.

Dr. Alas completed her medical training at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston School of Medicine and did her residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She also completed a fellowship in urogynecology at Cleveland Clinic Florida before returning to Texas to join UT Health Physicians and the teaching faculty at UT Health San Antonio.
