"The front desk staff was very polite and helpful for my annual exam. I was placed in a room in about 20 minutes of waiting and then I had to wait at least another 45 minutes in the exam room. Total time was a little more than 2 hours. Dr. Simpson doesn’t have the best bedside manner and the exam was the most painful I’ve experienced from all the years of my other exams. She was very quick and seemed rushed and I felt like I was not important. I had been here once before a long time ago and I ended up waiting at least an hour in the exam room and she came in rushed and was very unprofessional. I thought things would have changed from the past but apparently not. I will not be back again for my yearly visits and will look for a new doctor."

"Honestly befuddled about the good reviews here, which is why I made an appointment so I will warn others. Wait time was over an hour and a half before I saw a doctor. Incredibly dirty not only waiting room, but hallways and exam room. Then after nearly a 2 hour wait, the doctor tried to walk out without spending even 5 minutes with me, the patient, and this is a new patient exam mind you. To top it off, this was a rescheduled appointment from the first attempt where I showed up at my appointment time and they informed me the dr wasn’t there and might be about an hour - they couldn’t have called to tell me this?? Very unprofessional, and leaves me questioning their ability to handle other things."

"My experience at Riverwalk Obgyn was amazing. The front desk staff are so polite and helpful. Dr. Simpson’s MA was so helpful and answered all my questions. My exam with Dr. Simpson was amazing, she took her time to answer my questions about my concerns. I met with the billing department to go over my financial contract , they were so helpful and answered all my questions."
