"He doesn’t work here anymore so why does the web site still exist? He has a nurse practitioner that handles all the appointments. He’s been gone a very long time. There was never an explanation as to why he left his practice! Sad too because I liked him and his quirks. He was a good guy."

"By far one of the worst experiences with a PCP. When I arrived the first thing the receptionist did was try to collect an outstanding balance I had no idea I owed from my cardiologist I had just seen two weeks prior. Dr Licon saw me finally after 45 minutes of my original appointment with no apologies on making his patient wait so long. He stood and did not sit during the entire consultation which showed he did not care to be there and was trying to rush the consultation. He made a statement as I was leaving which I won’t forget “your a pretty complex case” I would never recommend this PCP to anybody. The staff was rude and the PCP uncaring and I would go as far as to say neglectful."

"I am so so excited to find Dr. Carlos Licon. He is very good at what he does. He has an amazing bed side manner and is very clear and concise. I know this is a very very busy practice and I did wait about an hour in the waiting room, BUT it was all well worth it. I will wait as long as it take to see Dr. Licon. Waiting for a doctor tells me he is being through with other patients and that is fine in my book. I will be using this doctor for a very long time. I am feeling so lucky that I found him."
