"My husband and I went to buy a trailer recently and their customer service was perfect! We had gone on a Saturday and the company didn’t have the cargo trailer we wanted at the time we went; we were informed they would get some during the week. They wrote my husbands name on a list they have in their office. We were informed the list goes by numerical order then they would call us when the trailer arrived. They gave us a call and we drove 45 min to get there; we were greeted by one of the salesman and he showed us the trailer we wanted, we inspected the trailer and decided to buy it. He escorted us to the office and we spoke to Mr Alex and did the paperwork to purchase the trailer. There was a customer that was rude to Mr Alex and he was very calm trying to explain himself, yet the upset customer leaves and comes back 3 times trying to argue with Mr Alex. At one point my husband and myself try to help, by informing them try this other place, perhaps they can help. We were ignored by the upset customer was. Mr Alex tried explaining again about the list of people waiting ahead and how we got there before them, the customer was still upset and left; there was no need for said customer to be disrespectful to anyone and feel entitled to belittle others…worse part they come on google to try yet again to be disrespectful to Mid- Valley Trailers by posting a negative review on google. My experience was wonderful by the company and the said disgruntled customer does not define my experience with Mid-Valley Trailers. I highly recommend them!"
