"Ball Factory is so much fun! Myself & my grandkids ages 6,4 & 3 always have a great time. The staff are always helpful and nice with any questions or concerns you might have. All the equipment & ride on tractors are clean, it’s well maintained & taken care of! My kids love the choices of your snacks! Prices are not bad either! A lot of parking, good neighborhood too! We go as much as we can when the kids are out of school! Love this place, you’ll love it too!"

"Unfortunately we had a bad experience with celebrating my kid's birthday here. First of all, I called them and changed amount of kids from 10 to 11. So, they immediately sent a new bill to my email, but room wasn't be ready for 11 kids, still for 10. I had to ask them to add all staff. Next, water was unlimited, but no one watching it and I had to ask them to bring more water every time. And the last one, I can say: "The best one". My guest's shoes were stolen and she had to left the room without shoes. Really barefoot. The staff provided socks. Imagine, you came with shoes (e.g. expensive one) and at the end there is no your shoes and you go outside barefoot, when it is raining. The staff just said: "I am sorry" and doing nothing. So, better to have one more shoes in your car when you select Ball Factory and wear no expensive shoes. Be ready to go outside with no shoes. Unfortunately it is impossible to wear "I am sorry"."

"My grandson and I visit a lot of indoor play places during a cold Chicago winter, The Ball Factory is by far the cleanest and well staffed. The employees clearly take a lot of pride in their work. This is evident in the way they interact with the children and how well they maintain the facility. We love the Ball Factory!"

"I’ve been hesitant to take my kids here because of some of the reviews about cleanliness but I finally came in today with the kiddos. I would just like to say that this place is our new FAVORITE place! Super clean and spacious. A lot of options for my toddler to play with. We came in an hour before closing and I kinda felt bad because we were the only ones there. But not ones did I feel like the staff was rushing us. The lady that helped us in the front desk was super helpful and kind. We will definitely come back and might even do my kids party here."

"Always clean and kids have so much fun there! Great for birthday parties. They have a nursing room, too. Toddler and baby areas with lots of space to play. One of our favourite places to go. Service is always good and food is also delicious."
