"I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Arzolsla since 2011 or earlier? Hands down the BEST gynecologist I have ever had. She has always taken the time to listen, explained any and every question thoroughly, and has never rushed me as I have had several unfortunate high-risk concerns with my health. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a gentle, kind, and attentive OBGYN. Additionally, in over 10 years, I have never had longer than a 5 minute wait time in her office before my appointment. This factor alone is exemplary as I literally can not say this for any clinician I've seen through the years. Exceptional! Hands down, I wouldn't see anyone else."

"I went to dr.Arzola for my birthing and my experience was very unprofessional I don’t know if it was because I was young (18) or if she really works like this but all of my appointments were NOT with her , I didn’t even meet her till a couple days I was going to give birth because she was “to busy” to be at the appointment I was not comfortable she barley knew my name and the one appointment I had with her she literally asked me “so you’ll be giving birth next week?” I had to tell her “no I’ll be giving birth in a couple of days” … very unprofessional she obviously doesn’t read her notes and then when my birthing day came I had to get induced it was my first pregnancy so after she poped my water she left thinking I wasn’t going to be giving birth for awhile but my baby was ready to come out I wasn’t allowed to push until she showed back up so my sons head was already coming out and I had to stay like that for about 30 mins not allowed to push untill she got back to the hospital to deliver my baby . I won’t be coming back here if I ever get pregnant again"

"So have been a patient here since 2016 or 2017. I was eager to have built this relationship when I had my 1st pregnancy, which was somewhat complicated back in 2021. I didn’t know I was at risk of loosing my doctor in 2023, with a second pregnancy, because she has too many birth planned on my due date ! So I was told by the receptionist that I need to find a new OB!!! Completely mortified! If you want to have a lifetime doctor not the place to go since she will apparently drop you! Established patients do not mean anything for this office."
