"I’ve been seeing Dr. Dominique since for about 5 years now and each time has been great. My apt 10/15 was so comforting. From check in to check out! The staff was kind, and her assistants are so sweet and welcoming! My experience with Dr. D was great, she didn’t make me feel “stupid” with my concerns. She listened to my concerns & after I was done she responded with answers in a kind way. Her tone and delivery was kind informative, this is something I I personally admire & appreciate. "Despite reviews I decided to give Dr. Dominique a try because she specializes in high risk pregnancy. Initially she came across as being professional and her staff was friendly and helpful. Weeks into my pregnancy I found out I had a missed miscarriage her response was cold and very unsympathetic basically I was told it occurs more when you're older (I'm in my late 30's) she left the room and gave me paperwork on miscarriages. After going in for a follow up US I was told by PA that it can be 2 weeks before I would be scheduled to get a D&C. Immediately I reached out to her Assistant but there was no answer and if its after a certain time a response isn't given in the portal. The phone goes to voicemail and they are very hard to get in touch with. Needless to say I will be finding another office to go to MacArthur Obgyn will no longer have me as a patient."

"Dr. Dominique was my doctor for my first pregnancy. I went to her based on the great reviews she had at the time. I immediately felt a sense of discomfort at every visit. There was zero personable moments. She also did not deliver my daughter, arrived late to the delivery and only came in the room afterwards for 5 seconds to ask me if everything went well and then left. I just felt like just another patient, another number. I am now pregnant with baby number #2. I will not make the same mistake. Maybe if you’ve had multiple babies and you don’t mind the in and out atmosphere, she’ll be great for you. If you’re looking for a upbeat, personable doctor, I would suggest going elsewhere."

"So far so good! The wait can be a bit long but when I had a possible issue w my cervix, she did not hesitate to take it very seriously and send me to a specialit to double check everything. I appreciated her reaction. The visits are short and sweet! I never really have too many concerns so I like that she is quick and to the point. The whole staff as well is very friendly and welcoming. This is my first baby and I've really felt comfortable with this Dr. and this office as a whole! I would recommend."

"Pregnant mommy experience! I read the reviews before I visit Dr Dominique. Her ratings are outstanding, however my visits have been nothing of that magnitude. I have been to the Drs office 6 times and saw Dr Dominique twice. How can I trust someone delivering my child and I never see them. The communication level is VERY non existent. It is always packed in the front waiting area and the sono waiting area. My last visit was at 10:20am and I didn't leave until 1pm. I can't rate Dr Dominique personally because our visits are lack of, but the 2 visits I did have she's very short on the communication. However the staff members are very pleasant. Please just see for yourself!"
