"I walked around this entire area and this spot really stood out from the rest. I'm not from around here so just going to a normal restaurant chain doesn't really appeal to me when visiting somewhere new. When half of the people around Hoja aren't speaking English, and the menu is in two different languages...you know you stumbled upon a gem. The beef was so tender and had excellent seasonings. Little bit of spice with the jalapenos and the nice accent with the kimchi. Everything about this dish was perfect and I would easily go there again."

"I now consider this my favorite restaurant. And the ramen is AMAZING. The broth is rich and light at the same time, I don’t know how, I’m confused in the best way, it’s so delicious I could have it on its own. I tried the vegetarian options as well, it’s soooo good. I’m writing this review on a Sunday because I’m craving it so much! The Vietnamese vegetarian curry and the tonkatsu ramen are my favorite meal options so far. I can’t wait to try all of the other items. You have found yourself a regular customer"

"It’s super worthy to get those classical and big meals! If you love the spicy ramen, you must try spicy miso ramen! The fried pork rice and Katsu Don are delicious with good volume! BBQ chicken has vegetables and good tastes!"
