"Dr Goldman is very personable & kind but her receptionist(s) are basically non-existent. They're impossible to reach, do not return phone calls, & drag their feet in every regard. Only reason I left 2 stars is because Dr. Goldman is decent & accommodating"

"DO NOT GO HERE. I used Dr Goldman, and I loved her. HOWEVER, her staff is terrible. My insurance changed within this last year and when making the appointment, I called and confirmed my new insurance. Then again when they called to confirm my appointment. Then at the appointment they said NOTHING. One day after my appointment they call and tell me I was not covered and I’ll be receiving a bill. $150 bill that would have been 100% covered. First person (Lena) was Sympathetic and told me she will talk to her manager. Bill still came. Talked to them again and suddenly they don’t have my insurance on record, it’s not their fault. JOE calls and is RUDE accepts no responsibly for her staff, keeps repeating the same things (not their fault) and threatens me repeatedly for it to go to collections. They are STEALING. Beware.
