"I had a BEST experience with Dr. Sbanotto and her nurses. Dr. Sbanotto did not make me feel like just a patient but she genuinely cared about me and my baby. She has answered all my questions very politely. She is highly skilled, positive, kind and professional and so she made my pregnancy very easy and smooth. She is simply best Doctor someone could ask for. Her nurses was also polite, humble and sweet and as excited as I was at every appointment."

"I have seen Dr Sbanotto for several years for menopause concerns. One visit I was left waiting for an hour without being told she was at the hospital and would not make the appointment time and was told to reschedule. I attended my yearly exam and she asked me about my medication and how it was going. I proceeded to tell her and as she was walking out the door she told me to make another appointment. So I made the appointment today. The waiting room was full, I arrived before my appt scheduled time 15 mins. They took all but 3 people back while I was waiting. At 1 hour 10 mins without news from anyone, I got up to walk out. No one was in any room. No staff was present. I guess it was lunch time. After being in my car for 10 minutes I get a call from the nurse asking where I went. I told them I waited long enough. She proceeded to tell me emergencies come up. I totally understand but my time is valuable too and if someone would have told me I would have been fine. But NO ONE did. It is very unprofessional of a Md to treat her patients with lack of respect and care. When she does meet with me she is signing off one the billing sheet when she walks in the door. I get maybe 5-10 minutes before she walks out. I guess bc I am not pregnant I don’t deserve my allotted time. I would not recommend her to anybody"

"The front staff is horrible, they have overcharged me before and have to reimburse me and the over charged me again today, I told them what I wanted to see Dr. For they schedule me to see her just to tell her what my symptoms are, wanted to schedule me again an ultrasound to overcharge me again when I thought this is what the visit was for. The excuse oh the receptionist doesn't know anything. I am not going to pay a copay just to talk to the Dr when I told them what the E.R DR. Found. The Dr seemed rude resting B face already knew what she was going to say seemed liked she didn't care about how I felt. She isn't the same Dr I have seen before , she was not the best."

"I was referred to Dr. Sbanotto after going to the ER with what turned out to be a massive cyst in my ovary. She was kind and informative the entire time and took the time to answer my questions. She spoke to me and my parents before the surgery to explain everything and answer any questions we had, and made sure my parents had all the information after I got out of the OR. She came and checked on me multiple times after the surgery, and was extremely professional the entire time. I really don’t understand some of these reviews, because it’s not comparable to the experience I’ve had with Dr. Sbanotto and her colleagues. I absolutely recommend this ob/gyn, and will be returning for any and all check ups."
